The brief

Pulse Health came to us with strong traction, dense material, and a deck that felt more like an internal document than a fundraising narrative. The team needed a presentation that could explain the size of the opportunity without losing the credibility of the underlying numbers.

What we changed

We rebuilt the deck around three decisions: make the problem unmistakable, simplify the product story, and stage the traction so every proof point arrived exactly when investors were ready for it. That meant rewriting the opening arc, reducing slide clutter, and designing a visual language that felt clinical, modern, and premium.

Delivery

Alongside the main deck, we created a shorter partner version for warm intros and a reusable slide library the team could keep editing in-house. The final system gave Pulse Health a cleaner narrative and a more polished room presence across every meeting that followed.
